The Henry Agency was founded by an experienced childcare provider and nanny who recognized that today’s families no longer follow one traditional schedule or way of life. Some parents work from home, others travel for work, keep nontraditional hours, manage demanding careers, or simply need dependable support to keep their households running smoothly. Every family has its own rhythm, expectations, and definition of exceptional care.

Through years of working directly with children and families, our founder also saw the challenges on both sides of the hiring process. Families struggled to find honest, dedicated, and dependable professionals they could trust in their homes, while experienced nannies and household professionals struggled to find respectful families who valued their work and offered fair, competitive compensation.

The Henry Agency was created to bridge that gap. We thoughtfully connect Georgia families with qualified nannies, family assistants, and household managers who support their childcare needs, household routines, and everyday responsibilities.
